Hello!My name is Brent Sawicki. I was born and raised in Michigan ("The Mitten") and for over 30 years, I have been dissatisfied with radio and the way music is marketed to people. The corporate formula has overtaken the airwaves and controls what people listen to. Frankly, it's about 99% sh#t!
So, I've decided to take matters in my own hands and I started a podcast series called "Music in the Mitten" in order to bring good music to the masses. Each week, I will bring you the absolute best music from around the globe, without the boundaries of country, genre or year. Furthermore, I will try to connect bands I feature on my podcasts with my audience through interviews and live performances. Hopefully, your experience will be a great one and will propel you back to a time when music mattered. At the very least, I hope to convince you as to how unfulfilling modern radio is today! |
